much ado about nothing blog 11

During the early 1600s the Men and Women lived their lives differently. men were considered to be honorable and women were set to live by high standards, women were easily judged sexually. a women who tried to defend herself was a women that was looked down upon and was considered ill tempered. Benedick considers women to be a whore or wife either a prostitute to be bought or wives to be owned when Claudio brought hero up i the conversation Benedick said this when he gave his true opinion on hero. Leonato accuses Beatrice of being too ill tempered which means crust. Beatrice is a women who stands up for herself even though men would look down on her because of that. she stands her ground and she makes it a point that she will not be blamed for what a man does. I do not think she can resist on men controlling her actions because sooner or later she is going to realize that she can sometimes make situations bigger than it is and she will need someone to calm her down and relax the situation however she is a strong women and she will never let any man walk all over her.

  1. Lots of good ideas. If you could just separate them so that you could develop each a bit more...
